AI Learning Labs: Ready-to-Adapt Learning Modules

This website includes “template” modules that are designed to be individual student learning activities that you can use as-is or easily adapt to your subject, topic, and grade level using ChatGPT. Each module contains notes for the teachers and step-by-step instructions for the students.

Below is a short video by Jaan Aru on how to adapt the modules for your subject (in Estonian):

Think of them as “seed” modules — structured starting points that you place into ChatGPT and grow into the exact learning activity you need for your classroom with just a few simple prompts.

How It Works

  1. Choose a module template on the “Modules” page that you could adapt to your needs.
  2. Click "ChatGPT Prompt" tab on the module template which displays the instructions for ChatGPT.
  3. Click "Click to copy" and Paste the copied text into ChatGPT and press enter.
  4. Respond to ChatGPT's questions to modify the module for your subject, topic, or grade level. You can be as broad or specific as you like. For instance, you can ask it to customize a lesson for Estonian history, or for Estonian independence, or for the Treaty of Tartu in 1920.
  5. Review the adapted module. If you want any additional tweaks, you can ask ChatGPT to make those changes.
  6. Use the adapted module as part of classroom work or homework.

Most adaptations take only a few minutes.

ChatGPT helps with drafting and restructuring — you decide what fits your students.
